Job Title: Construction Manager (ECM)

Job Summary: ECM Holding Group Inc has opportunities for a Construction Manager. These jobs can be performed remotely from the locations listed and are 100% travel

The Construction Manager position will oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Will also be responsible for giving input on budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the construction process starts and ends on time, and ensuring daily and weekly deadlines are met

  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

  • Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

  • Select tools, materials, equipment and track inventory

  • Meet contractual conditions of performance

  • Review the work progress on daily basis

  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

  • Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and all other regulations

  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Electrician

  • 3 plus years of construction site management

  • Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel. A working understanding of Smartsheets a plus

  • Proven working experience in construction management

  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods

  • Expert knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

  • Skilled at solving conflicts between different contractors and staff

  • Ability to plan and see the “big picture”

  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Leadership management skills

  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • Must have a valid drivers license

  • Ability and Willingness to travel

Physical Demands :

  • Must be able to spend time bending or twisting the body

  • Must be able to Spend time keeping or regaining balance

  • Must be able to spend time kneeling, crouching, stooping, or crawling
