Job Title: Production Control Clerk (NARA II)

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Production Control Clerk in College Park, MD. This position will assign, compile and record production data in Maximo to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control and other aspects of facility maintenance, janitorial and IDIQ. The PCC reports directly to the Work Management/Business Operations Manager and NARA II Operations Manager.

The candidate will be a well-rounded resource for customer service, Maximo-CMMS, financial reporting, administrative support, timekeeping, AP/AR, scheduling/coordinating meetings, and reports/analysis.

The candidate will maintain a close, highly responsive, and professional relationship with the day-to-day activities of the NARA management team.

The candidate will be expected to work independently, receiving minimal detailed supervision and guidance from supervisory staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compiles and records data to compare records and reports on all aspects of facility maintenance.

  • Compile and record production data from customer orders and work tickets.

  • Additional tasks may include writing production reports based on data compiled and maintaining files of documents used and prepared, compiling detailed action sheets or work tickets for use by workers as guides in daily maintenance activities.

  • Prepares written schedules by generating preventive maintenance work orders, and sorts/distributes work tickets as required.

  • Computes time and wages for employee timecards and post wage data on records used for preparation of payroll.

  • Coordinate the work management process for assigned sites, including work reception, prioritization, planning, coordination, scheduling, assignment, tracking, completion, data entry and other administrative actions.

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance actions.

  • Perform administrative quality control checks, maintain, and file completed work orders.

  • May assist with purchasing and inventory functions, as needed.

  • May assist with daily office functions such as Purchase Orders, Task Orders, Invoicing/Billing

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 years of experience performing similar duties, preferably on a facilities maintenance contract.

  • Proficient in MAXIMO and MS Office, highly preferred.

  • Must possess the ability to type up to 40wpm
